German based Bosch Group has completed
a 5-megawatt solar power plant for an Indian investor in
southern Tamil Nadu state. Bosch has designed and built up this facility for Sri Vinayaga
Green Power Generation Pvt., which will sell about 7.6 million KWH in a year to third-party power consumers.
Bosch provides technology and services
including automotive parts, washing machines and security
systems in 150 countries across the globe, its India
unit is building two other solar pv plants of 1-megawatt each in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Haryana.
